The Architect's Design — In Person

Build Your Birth on a Foundation That Cannot Be Shaken

An eight-class in-person series in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for parents who want the complete blueprint.

Expectant parents learning together in an in-person childbirth class

You don't need a stricter birth plan; you need the grace-filled confidence to surrender, trust, and be fully supported. The Architect's Design is our most complete curriculum—eight classes that walk you from the physiology of labor all the way through your baby's first six months.

Each class pairs rigorous, evidence-based education with a trauma-informed, Christ-centered framework, so you walk into the delivery room understanding exactly how your body was designed to birth.

The Eight-Class Curriculum

Class 1: Engineering a Peaceful Birth

What we cover: We dive into the true physiological design of labor, exploring "The Hormonal Symphony," "The Engine of Creation," and the anatomy of "The Bony Passage." We also cover how to mentally prepare parentally and physically build your nest.

Why it matters: This class replaces the "illusion of control" with true "Evidence-Based Confidence." By understanding the divine design of how God created your body to birth, you can stop frantic late-night Googling and replace your fear of the unknown with the predictability of your body's natural capabilities.

Class 2: Building the Sanctuary Environment

What we cover: You will learn the "3 Pillars of Safety" (Restored Safety, Validated Voice, Continuous Adaptation), how to manage expectations, understand your family's needs, and effectively reframe pain.

Why it matters: It prevents the delivery room from feeling like a place of clinical tension. Instead, it equips you to transform your birth space into a true Christ-centered sanctuary, allowing you to practice "holy surrender" rather than fighting your contractions out of fear.

Class 3: Scriptural Strength and the Birth Hero

What we cover: We completely redefine your partner's role, training him to be your "Protector" (managing the atmosphere, hormonal safety, and gatekeeping), your "Provider" (offering physical relief and emotional grounding), and your "Advocate" (managing communication strategies to be your spoken voice).

Why it matters: This answers your secret fear that your husband will just "stand there helpless." By equipping him as your "Birth Hero," you will never have to fight for your voice during painful contractions. He will protect your space so you can completely let go and focus on bringing your baby into the world.

Class 4: The CEO Of Your Birth

What we cover: You will step into the "Voice of Knowing." We cover essential comfort tools including visualization, attention focusing, the comfort of touch, birth balls, rhythmical breathing/moaning, and hydrotherapy. Most importantly, we cover "The Redemptive Pivot" for when plans change.

Why it matters: This class ensures you remain the lead decision-maker of your birth team. When labor shifts, you won't freeze, lose your voice, or blindly consent to interventions out of exhaustion. The "Redemptive Pivot" gives you the autonomy to navigate changes peacefully and confidently.

Class 5: The Architecture of Labor

What we cover: We explore the deep physiology of birth using "The Three R's" and how to utilize your baby's position. You will learn specific actionable solutions for the pelvic inlet, mid-pelvis, and outlet, as well as what to expect during the delivery of the placenta and delayed cord clamping.

Why it matters: It guarantees you know the why behind the what. You won't just be a passive participant waiting for the doctor to tell you what is happening; you will understand exactly where your baby is and how to work with your body, releasing the fear that your body might fail you.

Class 6: The Sacred Bond

What we cover: This class is dedicated entirely to the biology of breastfeeding, including different positions, pumping, what to expect in the first few days, and how to troubleshoot common problems.

Why it matters: It dismantles the terror of bringing your baby home and feeling like you are drowning in isolation. You will have the practical tools you need to successfully feed your baby without feeling like you have to figure it all out while running on two hours of sleep.

Class 7: The Redemptive Postpartum

What we cover: We guide you through "The Sacred Arrival," detailing the Golden Hour and the "5-5-5 rule." We cover nourishing the mother, physical recovery, recognizing PMADs (Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders), and transitioning from survival into a sanctuary of healing.

Why it matters: It stops "postpartum burnout" before it begins. We teach you how to build your protective "Baby Bubble" so you can firmly shield yourself from chaos, unwanted visitors, and unsolicited advice. You will learn how to lay down the exhausting armor of "supermom" and rest without guilt.

Class 8: Yay, You're Parents! Now What?

What we cover: We finalize your blueprint by looking at life at home, teaching the "7 B's of attachment," newborn basics, baby safety, what to expect in the first six months, and the eventual shift to solids.

Why it matters: Most classes abandon you once the baby arrives, leaving you terrified that you will not know what to do. This final class bridges the gap, ensuring that your transition into motherhood is deeply supported, informed, and rooted in the grace and peace of Christ.
